2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a clear photo of the issue at info@attractionsbyanni.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Cancellations
